i realy don't know if it is a bug, but the commandblock that you added isn't in the creative menu.

i realy don't know if it is a bug, but the commandblock that you added isn't in the creative menu.
It isn't available through the creative menu, you have to use /give, the block ID is 137. The command to do this would be /give <player_name> 137
