What I expected to happen was...:
any Redstone Torches attached to the output of the Redstone Torch Burnout Clocks would stay unpowered when the Burnout Clock is activated, until the Redstone Torches (in the clock) burn out.
What actually happened was...:
Redstone Torches attatched to the output of the Redstone Torch Burnout Clocks will either stay unpowered, flash on and off, or stay powered, which seems to change based on where the Redstone Torches are placed, as well as how the Burnout Clock is toggled on and off (ex. Having the Lever in the middle, having Redstone Dust in the middle with the Lever above it, activating it with a Redstone Block, etc.). It seems to only occur inconsistent when the Redstone dust is pointing towards the other Redstone Torches. It only seems to happen with Burnout Clocks and not just fast pulsing clocks from Observers or other means.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build a Redstone Torch Burnout Clock.
2. Add a toggle to activate or deactivate the Burnout Clock.
3. Place Redstone Torches on the output of the Burnout clock.
4. Toggle the Burnout Clock to activate.
