[MC-250674] Bee's are crashing server 22w16b

There are bee's in spawn and after going from 22w15a to 22w16b server will not start now. If bee's are removed then 22w16b server will start.

Environment

ubuntu 20.04
Java Version: 17.0.1, Oracle Corporation
Processor Name: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4785T CPU @ 2.20GHz

This look to be all ready reported in MC-250321 so this can be closed or canceled.
