[MC-250860] Baby turtles clip through walls using mud or soul sand

If the block beneath the baby turtle and the block in front is mud or soul sand and the block in front has a block on top of it, the baby turtle can be pushed into the wall. For some reason this happens only in 22w16a and 22w16b.
