Dispensers won't show up as craftable in crafting book when bows are damaged or enchanted.

Duplicate of MC-123002 which was later resolved as "Won't Fix".

Strange that they won't fix this as it used to work in older versions. It is also really annoying to craft dispensers anyway because bows don't stack.
