Narrator disobeys default Windows device

Cannot Reproduce

The narrator disobeys the default Windows device, and also the device set as default in the sound settings. This persists after pressing F3-T and only goes away by restarting Minecraft.

EDIT: This seems to also persist PAST a restart of minecraft?
