[MC-251592] The first item from one of my villagers is bugged and displays as the second item. I can't trade for the first item (a protection III book if that matters.)

Instead of displaying the first item, it displays the second.

you don't have any books which are required for the trade, thus its defaulting to the second item which is a trade you can actually complete
