I was playing on my friends Minecraft server spigot version, when I died and thought it would be funny to quit, so I click return to main screen, then try to log on and get stuck on loading terrain, this doesn't happen on other servers, is there anything I can do?

Actually a duplicate of MC-250077, which describes the same issue on a Spigot server.

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your server is modified with Spigot.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
