Every time I join a realm for 5 or so minutes I get tossed out of the server

So I'm playing on 1.18.2 and every time I get booted out it reads "internal exception: java.net.socketexception: connection reset" I have seen this on the forum a few times and I have tried the solutions to no avail. I have ensured that OpenJDK16 is allowed both the public and private firewalls, I have no VPNs, I don't use Hamachi, I only use Windows defender. I have a hardline Ethernet connection that is 3 feet from my modem/router and have a steady 200mbps dwn/ 10mbps+ up. I have a new profile in the launcher for 1.18.2 and it still persists. I've also gone in with command prompt as the administrator and did the following commands in windows and restarted the computer. It still persists. I'm unsure of what to even try now and if its even worth the hassle of having the realm in the first place.
