[MC-25201] Useless ellipsises on Language/Chat/Multiplayer settings

The titles in the language and multiplayer/chat settings have three dots following them.
They are needed as button labels, but not in the screen title.

options.language=Language...
options.multiplayer.title=Multiplayer Settings...
options.chat.title=Chat Settings...

What is the definition of 'bugs'?

Grammatical issues like MC-2453 and MC-16554 are tracked and resolved on this tracker.

In terms of grammatical stuff, only issues about words that are mistranslated in English are bugs. Having an ellipsis is more of a choice that could go either way.
