You appear to be playing with mods (optifine is also a type of mod)

Following on from the above comment, the bug tracker only tracks issues that can be reproduced under vanilla circumstances and you appear to be using modifications as shown in the attachment you've provided, therefore making this report invalid.

i reopended the world in vanilla and it was still gliched
