I have explored two ancient cities in my survival world and I have now got a lot of Lena Raine music discs that are supposed to be RARE. And you are telling me that it's apparently random? This has to be a bug, surely. I literally got 4 of them yesterday and 4 of them today. Fix this. There's no way that it isn't a bug and it's random.

It is a bug. It's 8.4% chance to get one and I got one in the first or second chest. They are not admitting their mistake because they are idiots.
I extracted the 1.19 .jar file, had a thorough look at the loot tables of chests within ancient cities, and saw that enchanted golden apples and otherside were the only two items without a specified weight, and when weight isn't specified, it defaults to a value of 1. For a bit of context, the lower the weight, the more rare the item is to find. With this knowledge in mind, I can therefore safely assume that there is no issue with otherside appearing too often within ancient city chests; you were just incredibly lucky which is completely possible. Either that or the world in which you were playing on had a data pack that modified the loot tables of ancient city chests. However, under complete vanilla circumstances, I can confidentially confirm that there is no issue here.

I don't believe that there is an issue here; it just comes down to luck. In my testing, the disc didn't appear to be incredibly/notably common.
