Game crashes on startup
What I expected to happen was...:

What actually happened was...:
Game uses all my CPU power, so sometimes my PC goes BSOD, because of temperature, this happens when it starts up, if I'm lucky it just crashes and goes back to the launcher.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. start the launcher
2. select any game version
3. game crashes after the launcher closes

Found out a workaround, it turns out my PC overheats when starting the game, it goes to 100% CPU utilisation, I have 32 threads, and 16 cores, I know it doesn't use every core or thread, but how does it then use 100%?
Anyways, the workaround is to lower the frequency of the CPU, and by doing that one can reduce the power to it, resulting in cooler temps, it still reaches 75C, when starting, it's idling around 40 - 46C, before it was 10 degrees higher while idling but 90+ when starting the game.
Btw, it goes back down to 60-65 after it's finished loading.
