The Bug:
You cannot use CTRL+HOME or CTRL+END to navigate to the beginning or end of text within the "Report Chat" menu.
Steps to Reproduce:
Join a multiplayer server or a LAN world.
Have yourself or others type some messages in the chat.
Open the social interactions menu, select any player, and click the create report button.
Type five lines of random text within the "Please describe what happened:" box so that it goes across multiple lines.
Position your cursor in the middle of the text on the middle line.
Press CTRL+HOME and observe how your cursor is just at the beginning of the line that you're currently on and not at the beginning of the entire text.
Press CTRL+END and observe how your cursor is just at the end of the line that you're currently on and not at the end of the entire text.
Observed Behavior:
You cannot use CTRL+HOME or CTRL+END to navigate to the beginning or end of text within the "Report Chat" menu.
If you were to press CTRL+HOME, your cursor would just be at the beginning of the line that you're currently on, and not at the beginning of the entire text. If you were to press CTRL+END, your cursor would just be at the end of the line that you're currently on, and not at the end of the entire text.
Expected Behavior:
You would be able to use CTRL+HOME and CTRL+END to navigate to the beginning or end of text within the "Report Chat" menu.
