[MC-253154] World is frozen, skin wont load correctly, chunks wont load, entities cant be placed, commands wont work, worlds can' save. Launcher would say "play offline." Cant download Bedrock edition because launcher wont allow it.

What I expected to happen was...:
Actual gameplay and accessibility to play the game.

What actually happened was...:
Lag and unloaded game parts.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Minecraft.net to try and download the current launcher

2. If using the older one, try creating a new world

However, this issue is Invalid.

Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets.
