How are these issues not fixed yet?

You can't expect every bug to be fixed instantly: there are many other unresolved bugs, and some bugs are harder to fix than others (especially performance/rendering issues).

They are there since +1 year

There are 200+ other Important, Confirmed and Unresolved bugs that are older than this one, and thousands more bugs that aren't in that situation, so I'm not surprised that some bugs will take over a year to be fixed.
