Hello mojang if you're reading this but i don't think that this is a bug persay but i still think it should be changed since villagers can be quite important. anyways when you play with "mob griefing" off you can't breed villagers cause they won't pick up items like bread, potatoes and carrots.
i really hope that you guys will change this and if you do thank you.
