[MC-2534] Spawner Particals Missplaced

When a spawner tries to spawn random flashes of fire will appear outside the spawner.

Steps to recreate:
1)With cheats, give yourself block 52
2)Place it
3)Fly around and flames will appear quite far away from the spawner cage

EDIT: Also happens with torches.

I believe this is the intended behaviour. How far away from the spawner are these flames appearing? Please post a screenshot.

The flames appeare from around 3-20 blocks away. It is extremely quick, less than a second but i will try to get a screen shot.

Particals seen very far away from spawners underneath the player.

I used a 3x3x3 cube of spawners to exaggerate it, I managed to get a screen shot after 10 minuites.
