[MC-253585] Z-Fighting on Mangrove Roots When Viewed From a Certain Angle

Mangrove roots experience z-fighting with leaf blocks when the player is viewing them from below a certain angle.

I've been unable to reproduce this issue in 1.19 release candidate 1

I'm able to reproduce this issue in 1.19.1. This can most easily be seen when viewing these blocks from a distance and using a spyglass to observe the bug.
