About the api: "This is currently set at 600 requests per 10 minutes but this may change.". It creates many problems with daily running on production and you often meet this blockage. This limit is around since many years, maybe it's time for an upgrade and increase of it, to something more user-friendly?

Hi, thanks for the report! I saw a similar report, WEB-5825, a few weeks ago – maybe you'd like to check that out. @unknown provides guidance there regarding what to do if your application requires a higher limit. 🙂
