I have placed some toilets during the rain and they weren’t filled with water. It doesn’t matter if the toilet lid is opened or closed. If I remove the toilet lid enitrely the toilet fills perfectly fine.

Mojang needs to reopen it. The toilet bowl should clearly be filled with water if the toilet lid is open. It was closed 8 years ago.
