I am aware this has been reported already but this has been out for a month now and no fix for realms stuck on this version... Come on Just do a quick unscheduled Update like the old Mojang.

Creating unnecessary duplicates simply means more work for the moderators here. As you can see on the parent ticket, Mojang has already fixed the bug and that fix will ship with 1.19.1, which will be released next week.
In the future, the best way to show your support for a bug is to use the "Vote for this issue" function.
As was already said, this is planned to be fixed in the next version which is supposed to release this week, see MC-252439.
