When the piston pushes the redstone block upwards, it will cause the current piston to be unrecoverable and in an active state (including normal pistons and slime pistons) Pushing the redstone block horizontally is not abnormal, only the upward push will trigger, if the redstone block is pushed upwards and carries the slime block will be more vicious, see the video for details.
