When triggering a Skeleton Horse Trap inside of the bounding boxes of a village, you get the achievement "Surge Protector". As far as I'm aware, this is only meant to be obtained by directing lightning to a lightning rod inside of a village, but it does it with skeleton horse traps too. Keep in mind there was not a single lightning rod inside the village.
I do have mods installed (as slightly evident by the image) but none of them conflict with achievements; as they are all client-sided, so they did not interfere or cause the bug.
