[MC-2550] Stuck In Blocks on New World Generation

When I generate a new world, I am stuck inside a block. It happens every time I generate a new world. In jungle biomes, I am stuck inside of trees. In other biomes, Steve's lower half is stuck inside any block, dirt, stone, or otherwise.

Jumping will not free the player from the blocks. Movement is slow, mining blocks is slowed, as if on a ladder.
