I was playing bedwars when all of a sudden the button to take the wool did not work and then I had to drag it and waste time please fix this problem thanks!

You most likely have Touchscreen Mode enabled as stated above, therefore making this a duplicate of MC-5130. See this ticket for instructions on how to resolve this issue.
