[MC-25524] Lighting Issue East Facing

I have noticed strange lighting issues on east facing walls. Normally the wall (pictured in screen shots) at night doesn't illuminate even though there are torches near by, during the day I have found the same section now showing up as black.

I can upload this world to drop box if you require it for your debugging.

PS I searched for other issues, but was not able to find another open issue with the same issue (but I did see a few issues with blocks east of a hopper, not sure if they are related).

Sorry for the delay.

My issue may be related to those issues, but doesn't appear to be exactly the same. My issue seems to be on a wall surface, but if I get close enough it will refresh the lighting, but when you log off and log back in the "black" is there again. If you would like to close this as a dupe, you may.

While playing right now I just happened to notice this (without the black, but the weird lighting issue) on a south facing wall on another structure. I have attached another picture. As I stated before, if this ticket is a dupe of another ticket please feel free to close it.

Edit: The area in the red has the weird lighting issue and the yellow marks the torches on the top of the wall.
