Villagers get stuck on candles when another block is above and they can't jump over.

note that the villager can actually fit through the gap in between the two candles, but only uses it if pushed by another mob
Environment
some fabric mods are present in the video but the problem persists in non-modded environments
I think MC-203625 qualifies here. It's resolved working as intended.
