Hello, I have a very strange issue on my server after updating to 1.19. I have evidence that the bug is in the Minecraft client, not the server software I am using.
When I teleport to a new location, certain parts of certain chunks consistently have issues rendering. As seen in the attached screenshot, the ceiling has been rendered but the walls have not. Meaning that the chunk data has been sent to the client, and parts of the chunks have rendered, but other parts of the chunks have not. This happens consistently on different computers and with different accounts. I even tried re-installing Minecraft but nothing has worked.
Occasionally the chunks render normally. Most of the time it takes a few seconds for the chunks to render. Sometimes it takes up to 10 seconds for the chunks to finish rendering. But if I move my player the chunks render much faster, almost immediately. It seems to be an issue with the local client not properly rendering the chunks.

Your game is still modified with Paper please test if this is still an issue in a non-modified environment i.e. No Plugins or Mods
Thank you for the response. I was able to properly test this on vanilla Minecraft, Spigot, and Paper. Both vanilla Minecraft and Spigot have a similar issue with these same areas, but they are rendered much faster (usually taking less than one second). But for Paper it takes multiple seconds to render the same thing, so I think I've made some progress figuring this out. Sorry for creating another invalid ticket here. Thanks for the help.
I created a Jira issue earlier today with a similar description, but please notice that the issue described here is clearly an issue with the Minecraft client and not related to any server software I am using. Thank you so much for your help resolving this very important issue.
