[MC-255668] Player moves without pressing keys

I have encountered a huge problem since 1.19 released. My player moves around for several seconds after releasing the keys. It's not a keyboard issue as I just today bought a new keyboard and this happens on all of my computers. It usually happens crossing chunk borders, which seems to cause a lot of lag spikes since 1.19 released also.

I can't reproduce this behavior in 1.19.2. Could you please provide some screenshots or videos of this issue occurring whilst the F3 debug screen is enabled? This would greatly assist in diagnosing the potential problem here. Thanks!
