When I hit the top block of the door in creative, the door breakes and drops a door. But if is the bottom block, it won't.
It also happens in every version.

Cannot reproduce: The Door drops nothing in 1.4.4 when destroying the upper block
Should be fixed since 1.4.3.
Are you sure playing 1.4.4 ?
