Door Drops when the top block of door is destroyed in Creative

Duplicate

When I hit the top block of the door in creative, the door breakes and drops a door. But if is the bottom block, it won't.
It also happens in every version.

Should be fixed since 1.4.3.
Are you sure playing 1.4.4 ?
