[MC-256075] the /place jigsaw command dose not work

it always gives me a error message in chat. it is vary annoying when using the /place command on Minecraft java

What is the error? I can get it to work. The syntax is

/place jigsaw template_pool_name target_name(this is the target name the jigsaw block uses I believe) max_depth(should be a number 1-7) coordinates(optional)

what part of the /place command allows you to place parts of a structure?

this might not be bug, but a thing with my dads computer.

For parts of a structure, you’d probably use /place template.
