[MC-256111] I can't take blocks from the inventory and I get the little arrows in the resource packs and in the servers.

hello today when I was going to play a server I put my resource pack but I realized that all the packs had the little arrow when you select it and the same thing happens with the servers, then when I was in the lobby and wanted to get into a mini game I could not select anything from the inventory.
