Minecart loots when broken even when doMobLoots and doTileDrops are set to "False"
What I expected was the minecart to destroy without looting
What actually happened was it looted
Steps to reproduce : Go to survival mode, set doMobLoots and doTileDrops to "false", break the minecart

Yes maybe ! but then we need a way to disable it's drop ! Just like we do with mobs !

Minecart should loot if doMobLoots is set on false because minecarts are entities. It's like with Ender Crystals and mobGriefing gamerule.
