1.19.2 JE crashes when going through nether portal

This happens regardless if running on Fabric or the latest release (non-modded from the official launcher).

Also occurred when using the teleport command in Creative.

I believe there was a recent JRE update (build 1.8.0_351-b10) Java 8 update 351
