[MC-257685] Canceling server encrypting can cause the game to crash

I tried to join my LAN world. While joining I got stuck in the Encrypting... screen, but when I hit cancel, it stops the game from responding.

It is indeed not a bug if it was caused by me doing something wrong. I would say the fact that it gets stuck on Encrypting might be a problem caused by me. But I guess the Cancel button guarantees a crash, which is in fact a bug.
