Laggy when punching or attacking players. And Mobs with armor sometimes not walking.more bugs...and suggestions

When i punch or attack i lagg and i see mobs with armor not walking.
Villagers stay outside in night sometimes... When they see zombie beside their house they go out _ kinda 1 or 2 zombies wear armor when i give not all zombies wear they ignore it _.Boats stop whn using it a minute or something less time.
Suggestions please add more villagers like healer and builder cause when villagers became zombie they heal them or priest can heal it 😃 builder for house that has been griefed.etc..
