[MC-258613] Cocoa pod spawns on dirt block below Jungle log

Below jungle logs, on dirt block, cocoa pod may spawn (not connected to jungle log)

Recreate:

Create a 1.19.2 world, with the seed -391650725267392757
Go to x=239, z=-104

Note: I tried, and no, you can not place new cocoa pods there.
