Basically, armour stands do not have arms when placed down in Java, but they do in Bedrock. I know you have done this in 1.19.3 RC-3, but that one wasn’t picked so I’m convinced it will eventually be a feature on your “Previously Considered Suggestions” page, or its never coming. All the others are duplicates, but you never tell the reason why Java lacks this feature. Is it intentional?
If I’m spelling armour wrong, that is the British spelling; I am British.

Armor stands have never shown their arms when placed in java, in any version, unless specific NBT data is applied to the item.
