[MC-258742] Sugar cane exploit, water dont destroy the item and create an air block in the ocean

by accident i put sugar cane in the water but the water didnt destroy the object like the torch, and continuation i put 3 continues sugar cane in the bottom of the water allowing me exploit the air block that produce and breath
