Failed to connect to the server: disconnected

Hello,

I've recently bought Minecraft and keep having the same issue when trying to connect to an online server: "Failed to connect to the server: disconnected", I know the problem isn't coming from the server as I tried to connect everyday to mc.hypixel.net, and I clearly see the server is online like shown in the images below. The message error always occur at the "logging in" step

I've already tried to reach the support but they weren't able to solve my problem and they told me to fill a bug report here.

I've tried everything I could like: flushing my DNS, restarting my router, changing connection, re-installing minecraft with an alternative launcher, I deleted the IP related to minecraft in the hosts file (%SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc). Nothing works
