Baby Villagers have a small head, proportionate to their body. No other baby mob is like this, and in Bedrock their heads are larger. Not even that, Baby Zombie Villagers have large heads. This makes it such an inconsistency.
MC-180893 was on this topic but was closed due to being a "feature request" which I find hard to understand...like, what??? Due to that I am having it reported on again.
What you're asking is for a change in the game based on your individual preference. It's not a bug and this is the bug tracker.
Also parity issues with Bedrock are not accepted here prior to the Buzzy Bees update. For further discussion please join Mojira.
