[MC-2593] When holding a lilypad in third person (or when another person holds a lilypad) it appears grey

1. Get lilypad by any means
2. Hold it and switch to third person, or get another person to hold it.

Expected - Green lilypad
Actual - Grey lilypad

I had searched for a while for duplicate bugs (there's always one) but couldn't find it. I'd searched for "lilypad" (no space), "tall grass" (not just 'grass'), and "third person" (not 'f5 mode')... it's amazing how this other bug managed to avoid all those keywords, lol :/

The official name is lily pad, however, lilypad gives results for me.
Resolved this issue as it's a duplicate.
