This might sound like a feature request and it could be an intended feature but it doesn't make sense that wearing armour with a gold trim should aggravate piglins.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create any non-gold armour with gold trim on it
2. Go to the nether and find some piglins
Expected Result:
The piglins "shouldn't" aggravate
Actual Result:
The piglins start killing as normal.

Ultimately, it's Mojang's decision on whether this is working as intended or not. We'll be leaving this ticket open for that reason. 🙂
I took note of this in slicedlime's vid (@ appropriate time mark).
I don't think piglins like some gold lines.
