[MC-259400] Damage Tilt not effected by Distorsion Effects Slider

Damage Tilt cannot be turned down or off by using the "Distortion Effects" slider in the Accessibility Menu.

This could be fixed either by setting the damage tilt to reduce with "Distortion Effects" or with a "Damage Tilt" slider.
