[MC-259406] Texture of Saved Hotbars icon lost

In creative inventory, the texture of Saved Hotbars icon, which should've been oak planks (or bookshelf probably?), has its sides lost texture (i.e. magenta and black colors)

I cannnot reproduce it even with programmer art. It should be a bookcase.

Nor can I reproduce this issue in 23w04a. Do you happen to be using any resource packs which may be causing this behavior for you?
