[MC-259549] Deserts are far from spawn.

Deserts are spawning too far from spawn. Usually, it is around 500-800 blocks around spawn, but now it's 3 or more thousands blocks from spawn. It's unreal to find camels or new templates in desert pyramids.

I can't see where the bug is. Biome generation is random, so any distance from spawn is possible.

Ok, so it means I am too unlucky, bcz all my worlds are spawning deserts too far. 👍
