23w03a fixed the infamous damage tilt bug, however this caused a new issue where the tilt occurs even if the shield blocks damage. This not only doesn't make much sense, but is also really annoying in my opinion.
The Damage Tilt mod that fixes damage tilt for 1.19.3 and below does not have this issue occur.
