Raids in java

I am presenting two problems with raids in minecraft java, the first is that the raids are not spawning on grass platforms made by the player, I made my platform because the pillager post was on a mountain, then I put the villager there to see if it worked, and the raid always didn't work, even though this platform is huge, the second problem is the drop of emeralds, 10 emeralds for a level 5 raid is very little, so much work to kill the pillagers .. in the bedrock edition this value is several times largest, possibly 64 emeralds.
