[MC-259933] Zomified Piglins on hard mode make reinforcement zombies

When I was killing zombifed piglins in my skyblock world the zombified piglins would summon zombies using the reinforcement feature zombies use on hard mode. All I know is that it happens in 1.19.2 but most likely it effects other versions.
